Great food never available

Great prices but what you order is not available. More than half the time i order I get less than half of my order. I could order 100 bucks and get 30 to 40 dollars. They will charge me for 70 and then promise to credit me within 7 to 10 days but then it doesn't come through. They overcharge me but take that much time to give me my money back then don't even give it. I have to wait more than 30 minutes to get it. How is that saving time.

User's recommendation: Just shop here. Don't bother picking it up. Quicker to just shop.

Delivery delay, wrong products, no bill to check for total price comparison

Placed order May 9. Text confirming delivery 12noon - 1:00 pm. Checked at 3:00 no communication at all. Called PC express, something wrong with computer but order would be delivered shortly. Waited 27 hours for delivery with no updates. Nothing rec'd. Called next day. Waited until 9:00 pm. Groceries were delivered however all frozen products were thawed. Items I ordered were not included and products that I did not order were given and that I will never eat. No attempt to contact if items were not in stock. $31.00 of products not rec'd and no receipt included.

User's recommendation: First time with problem. Will probably use again.

CODE NOT WORKING

Hello, I placed an order to pick up at Superstore in Kelowna, BC. I received and offer to for 20,000 points but the code did not work. The code was Valid until March 6, and it read Spend 100$ or more get 20,000 points Code was 5EH-G8ZS-XMMX-S1NL I would appreciate these points being added to my account. Krista Hickey

Blocked account for pc express pick up

Hello, I tried to contact all the store managers to unlock my account and I had no response.I want to be able to order online and pick up at the grocery store. Can I have an answer or someone to help me please. It's been MONTHS since I first reached out and nothing is fixed. I went in person at a store to talk to someone and the guy told me that it was the first time someone reach out to him about something like that. I looked like an idiot!! I don't know who to contact anymore, you're my last option.

Chocolate CHIP cookie chips.

UPC 60383 1****. This is a very good cookie but the packaging lets a lot to be desired. Cookies are crushed and there is practically nothing but pieces in the bottom of the bag. Would strongly suggest that you consider a stronger or more crushing resistant kind packaging. Thank you. Bruce D. Allanson

I have heard from the PC Express people but it been a very bad experience. They want me to return the broken chair with postage paid but the thing is I dont have the original box and am having a terrible time finding one to fit the chair. I am 75 and things are not going well trying to get my full refund. Why cant one of their courier people pick it up at my housep

Pc express code not working

I received a code via email for spending $100 and getting back 20,000. I have tried the code several times and it says "discount code was not recognized". I called 844 295 **** for PC Express customer service and the agent tried applying the code in her end and code still wasn't applying. She told me to go ahead and place the order and wait 2 weeks for the points to be awarded if the code is valid. I told her that the code is valid until August 22, 2021 and I had the email to prove it and she then tells me she can't guarantee that the points will show up. Why send codes when they don't work?

I picked up my order this morning, and for the second time in a row, my request to have $100 of my points redeemed was ignored. This has happened to me at least four times. I would like my points redeemed today, after the fact. I don't accept the argument that it can't be done. To me, it's just more evidence of a complete lack of customer service---from the person who keeps failing to follow a customer's request, to the incapability of IT to correct the store's mistake. The store I went to is the No Frills on Innisfil Beach Rd. Please advise when my points have been redeemed and $100 (from a total bill of $104.62) has been refunded on my credit card. Thank you.

I never did get a response from PC Express. I made an order recently, and in order to ensure points were redeemed, I went the extra mile to call the store directly to make sure this was done.

It really shouldn't take this much effort. Gone are the days when customer service meant something.

I'd like the company to redeem $100 of my rewards points, as I requested online when I placed the order, which would also entail a refund of $100 to my credit card. To me, this is lost money that I desperately need for other purposes.

Provided the wrong product

I ordered a 2LB bag of lemons and was charged for that however, I only received 1 solitary lemon. This is the second time in a row I've had an issue. I started using PC Express at the High Tech Road (Richmond Hill location) as the Loblaw closer to me closed. Both times this location messed up my order. Last time they charged me for a steak they did not include in my grocery bags.

False advertising/promises plus 2-hour wait on customer service line

Got an email today: It says in part, Spend $100 or more, get 5,000 PC Optimum points on your next pickup order. This email was sent/received today, Nov. 26, 2020 at 10:33 AM. In small print at the bottom of the email is this information.(Offer valid on orders placed and picked up by November 22, 2020. ) So this offer had already expired before it was sent. Waste of my time.

Continually providing expired, rotten products.

Providing bad products. Have used the PC Express curbside pickup 4 times now and every time an issue. From a bag (all torn) filled with rotten potatoes to expired margarine to now disgusting slimy rotten carrots.

User's recommendation: Think twice about ordring from WHITBY SUPERSTORE!!! Always a problem.
